Welcome to our class blog. I hope that we will be able to use it as a means of sharing ideas about possible targets of political satire. It would work very well if you all from time to time posted something about any political developments that you thought humorous. Also sharing political cartoons and/or videos would be great, if you also added some of your personal reflections.

Another purpose of this blog is to get you to write on a regular basis. Again, this blog is not required, but it can bring you extra credit at the end of the semester. Consult your syllabus.

Here's your first in-class writing assignment: Write a blog entry. You can say something about contemporary American politics, or just tell us a little about yourself.
