Americans Have Such Short Memories by Alliciyia George

For me I was in first grade, but I still remember a time when people cared about what happened that day. But ofcourse, Americans have such short memories that is why we elected Bush twice. What is worst is that Americans think every nations member is as bad as ours. Some peoples past goes back further than 237 years. This is why are relationship with the Middle East is in the state it's in. Other wise we would know that the Iraqi Sunnis and Shias kill each other over events that took place in the 7th century C.E. We would be able to comprehend that Iran is not "unified" like America, and the Kurds do not identify as Iraqis unless it serves to benfit them.  

I guess what I am trying to say is it really should not have surprised me when the school forgot to put the flag at half mast this morning , or that I stumbled upon this article on about this 9/11 golf course sale in Wisconsin, and here is the link http://www.nydailynews.com/news/national/golf-offers-9-11-discounts-article-1.1450671
